Youth training week Indaba
What is Indaba?
"Indaba" in Zulu means - I have something really important to tell you. It could be called a special state of mind, as well as a special period in life, it has many different manifestations. In fact, Indaba is an adventure that I decide to go to the moment I realize that there is something in my life that needs to be changed or improved. When I realize that I want to understand much better where I am or where I am going in my life.
The Focus:
The heart is one of the most powerful and brightest sources that can enlighten darkness, expose lies, and encourage us to commit great acts of bravery, morality, and love.
How can I connect to my heart?
How does it connect my past, present, and future?
The Form:
During our 7 days of training week with the guidance of our experienced mentors, we will disentangle these and many other questions.
Our work will be supported by many different practices to unfold ourselves: meditative observation, arts and play, intuition practices, and deep dialog Indaba.

Hike and camping in the nature

Sometimes to see what we carry in our hearts we have to go in the world. Through the training week, we will go on a journey hike by the sea to reconnect with nature and have an opportunity to see what our hearts are carrying.
"What does your heart is telling you today?"
When preparing for this training week, it would be useful to think of a question that is alive or active in your heart at the moment. This way, during the week, you can focus your attention on it. You will have calm, reflective time to untangle this important question within yourself. However, if you do not have one at the moment, do not worry. Come with an open mind and heart.
Our team
The team of Indaba organizers and leaders is made up of people who are active in learning about themselves, society and the world. Everyone works successfully and purposefully in their field, and when they come together, everyone has their own unique contribution that can create this special event.
Our team has been organizing self-development trainings "Indaba" for 7 years. We have organized and cooperated with similar projects in Latvia as well as in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, the USA and elsewhere.
